On the Island
Enjoy Borkum from the coast once! An interesting drive through the Wadden Sea of Borkum, along the beaches of the east, as well as Memmert and the western point of Juist. With detailed explanation! Catering is available on board.
Seal banks
From the ferry port it goes along the beaches of Borkums to the seal banks. Along the way a trawl is discarded that shows the catch (crabs, small fish, crabs, etc.) on board and explains. The caught crabs (no catch guarantee in the winter) are cooked and consumed after a small “crab-eating course”.
Bike rental
Always an experience – explore Borkum by bike. There is a bicycle rental service directly at the train station (Georg-Schütte-Platz) of the Borkumer Kleinbahn. The opening hours are from 08:00 to 18:00.
